Your Rider will arrive within 5-15 business days. You will receive your tracking number within 2-3 business days of your purchase. To request your tracking number directly please visit us here.

Do you accept returns? 

Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. If you aren't fully satisfied send your Rider back for a full refund. Shipping charges may apply upon return. 

Are there certain road restrictions for electric bicycles? 

There are no requirements for a license, insurance, or registration for any of our Riders. All ages are free to ride. We do highly recommend direct supervision for anyone riding under the age of 18.
