SWFT Return Policy
Changed your mind? We got you. Returns are accepted on unopened e-bike shipments within 15 days of the delivery date. Please contact us at: info@ridercycles.com. We’ll follow up shortly to provide return instructions.
A few things to keep in mind before submitting a return request:
- Rider Cycles will only accept packages that have an RMA number written on the outside of the package.
- We stand by the quality of our products and therefore do not accept returns on used or opened products.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances/odors, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it.
- The box must be sealed and unopened. Please ship your product back in its original box. A 10% processing fee will be applied.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs if you choose to return your e-bike.
- Once your return is processed at our warehouse, you can expect a refund to your method of payment within 3-5 business days.
